This User Agreement (called the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between GHJeeo (the "Operator"), the maker and provider of the Jeeao application (here "Jeeao" or "the Service"), and you, the person using the Service ("User" or "You"). By using Jeeao—whether by downloading, installing, accessing, or making use of it—You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to follow every term and condition in this Agreement. If You don’t accept any part of this Agreement, You must stop using the Service right away.
Jeeao is meant to be used only by people who are 17 years old or older. By using the Service, You state and promise that You meet this age requirement. The Operator has the right to check Your age at any time. If it’s found that You are under 17, the Operator has the right to end Your access to Jeeao without telling You beforehand.
The Service is run from the Operator’s chosen main office. By using Jeeao, You agree to follow the laws and rules of the area where the Operator is based. If You access the Service from a place outside of this area, You take full responsibility for following all local laws, rules, and regulations that apply to Your use of Jeeao.
As a User of Jeeao, You agree to:
· Use the Service in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and moral guidelines.
· Avoid taking part in any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful actions through the Service.
· Keep from harassing, mistreating, or hurting other Users, members of the Operator’s team, or any third parties connected to Jeeao.
· Not upload, share, or pass along content that is offensive, slanderous, indecent, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
· Refrain from trying to disrupt the functionality, security, or operations of the Service (such as hacking, spamming, or using automated tools).
Your use of Jeeao is governed by the GHJeeo Privacy Policy, which explains the processes for collecting, using, storing, and protecting Your personal information. By using the Service, You agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. It’s a good idea to check the Privacy Policy regularly to stay up to date on any changes.
All content, features, and materials in Jeeao—including, but not limited to, text, images, logos, trademarks, and software—are the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are not allowed to copy, distribute, change, or create new works based on any part of Jeeao without getting written permission from the Operator first.
The Operator has the right to suspend or end Your access to Jeeao at any time, with or without notice, for reasons like breaking this Agreement, doing illegal things, or being a security threat. When access is terminated, Your right to use the Service stops right away, and the Operator won’t be responsible for any losses that result.
As much as the law allows, the Operator won’t be responsible for any indirect, accidental, special, or resulting damages (including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business chances) from Your use of Jeeao. The total amount the Operator is liable for, if anything, will be no more than the amount (if any) You paid to use the Service.
The Operator may change this Agreement from time to time. Important changes will be told to You through in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable ways. If You keep using Jeeao after the changes take effect, that means You accept the revised terms. It’s Your job to check this Agreement regularly to stay informed of any updates.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the area where the Operator does business. Any disagreements that come from this Agreement or Your use of Jeeao will be settled only through arbitration in that area, following the rules of the relevant arbitration organization.
